Sandi Broersma

Organisational Development & Quality Manager

Sandi leads ConneXu’s organisational development and quality functions, with a focus on turning strategy into action and supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.

She plays a key role in implementing ConneXu’s Business Plan projects and leads the Quality team, helping strengthen systems, processes and organisational practice. Sandi is also instrumental in the project management of ConneXu’s Dynamics 365 programme, supporting the organisation’s move toward more connected and effective digital ways of working.
