Reon leads ConneXu’s Partnerships & Enablement team across the Waikato, supporting teams to deliver quality, person-led support alongside the People We Partner With.

Reon also brings an important cultural leadership role to ConneXu, supporting the integration of Tikanga Māori across the organisation. He is passionate about building confidence and capability in the use of te reo Māori, karakia, pepeha and waiata, helping ensure cultural practice is part of how we connect, work and learn together
