Clinical & Outcomes Manager

Guy joined ConneXu in 2022, bringing experience from disability-focused organisations including Parent to Parent New Zealand and New Zealand Riding for the Disabled. His career began in secondary education, where he developed a passion for coaching, mentoring and helping people achieve their potential. This grew into a broader interest in leadership, organisational development and creating systems that help people and organisations thrive.

Guy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction. His experience and studies have shaped his belief that great outcomes happen when strong systems, clear purpose and great people come together.

As Clinical & Outcomes Manager, Guy works across ConneXu to strengthen clinical practice, quality, innovation and continuous improvement. He particularly enjoys working alongside People We Partner With, whānau and colleagues to find practical, person-centred solutions that enhance choice, control and meaningful outcomes.

Outside of ConneXu, Guy enjoys spending time with his wife and extended family. He is also President of Equi-Potential in Hamilton, remaining actively involved in the disability and equine-assisted services sector and supporting the development of hippotherapy and its positive impact for individuals and families.
