Larissa Davies

A Te Awamutu local, Larissa brings extensive experience in strategy, organisational transformation, digital capability and human-centred service design. Her career has seen her work alongside leadership teams across government, community and commercial organisations to navigate complex change and design services around the people and communities who use them.

Larissa is particularly passionate about approaches that strengthen choice, independence and control for disabled people, and the important role whānau, communities and natural supports play around them.

She brings a strong systems perspective to the Board, alongside a genuine connection to our local community and the kaupapa of ConneXu.
